If you have an Instagram business profile (or creator profile), you can access Insights to see when your followers are on the platform.
(Instagram Insights does the stalking for you, easy peasy!)
a. Go to your Insights.
Under Insights, you can view data broken down by content, activity, and audience.
b. Select Audience.
Select the Audience tab to see when your followers access Instagram, and even their location, age range, and gender.
c. Scroll down to Most Active Times.
Toggle between hours and days to view their most active times.
d. Note the times when your followers are most active..
You don’t have to publish a specific amount of posts each day, but you need to keep in mind what your target audience might be thinking about when they are on Instagram.
If your business is a nightclub that opens at 11:00 PM, should you post at 6:00 AM when your followers think about breakfast? Probably not.
